Providing consistency and transparency lowers risk, minimises disputes and maximises productivity. Prepare, Submit, Assess, Certify. Job Done.

The Brief

Create a web based platform that makes a complex process of payment claims simple.

The client was after the best possible web technology, a cloud-based architecture that could scale up to cater for the growth of the user base.

The delivery team needed to ramp up quickly to cater for the ambitious timeline.

Turn a minimal-viable-product (MVP) into a highly scalable, reliable and modern solution that can grow.

The Process

The jtribe team started by creating a system architecture that could provide the scale and performance the product required.

Colocation was a key for the success of the project. The Progressclaim team and the jtribe team were both co-located at jtribe's coworking space - the OpenHub. The combined team adopted Agile principles.

Continuous integration and continous deployment were a fundamental part for a delivery approach with fast changing requirements.

The Solution is a web-based platform. The technology behind the solution is based on node.js to provide a well-defined API, and Angular.js for the web apps.

The platform is able to integrate with many 3rd party system such as accounting systems (Xero, MYOB) and proprietary construction management systems.
